Erin Swanson is currently a Dietetic Intern in the eating disorder track of the University of Minnesota’s Dietetic Internship. After her internship, she aspires to land an outpatient position providing nutrition education and counseling to clients. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Olaf College. Her passion for helping people has translated to various volunteer roles at organizations such as National Association on Mental Illness (NAMI) MN, Open Arms of MN, and Twin Cities Food Justice. In her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing, kayaking, singing, and playing with the best human she knows; her three-year-old niece.
