Attendees will participate in a guided cooking experience featuring pork, beef, and turkey recipes, rotating through cooking stations to learn preparation techniques, flavor development, and best practices for achieving optimal results. The workshop also provides opportunities to engage directly with protein industry representatives and producers while exploring evidence-based approaches to incorporating animal proteins into healthy dietary patterns.
