April Graff is a dietitian employed with Hy-Vee in Mankato. April attended Minnesota State as an undergrad and did her graduate work at University of Wisconsin-Stout. April has always worked for Hy-Vee (16+ years).
We interviewed April last Fall and learned about her Legendary Customer Service Award – awarded annually to approximately 14 Hy-Vee employees (out of 75,000 employees)! She came to work and then saw some of her family members in the crowd, so she knew something was up! Her service as a nutrition professional had been recognized by her employer and she places this award “in the top 10” of achievements in her career.
