Provide us with a brief description of your job: Identify and plan educational opportunities at the Annual Conference.
What do you love about what you do? I enjoy finding and thinking about what dietitians want to learn at our annual conference and working with other dietitians on the MAND board.
How has your MAND membership benefited you? I appreciate the educational events as well as networking opportunities to meet other dietitians interested in helping to move healthy eating and access to healthy foods forward.
What are your favorite activities/hobbies? When not teaching or volunteering, I enjoy being a parent, reading, fitness, and spending time with friends and other family.
What is your favorite restaurant in Minnesota? Hola Arepa
