The Minnesota State University Mankato Dietetic Program is in the process of transitioning to a master’s program, including the Supervised Experiential Learning (“internship”) hours as a “Future Education Model” master’s degree. They are looking for dietitians in the region who may be willing to serve as adjunct instructors and/or proctors for the new program.
