Registration will start at 8:30 AM with the speakers starting at 9:00 AM (5 CPEUs). Happy Hour to follow at 3:30 pm. Thanks to our Sponsor, Sanford Health!

Speakers:

• Jami Lee-Rokala will be discussing children with feeding disordered, SOS training, and intuitive eating in children.
• Amber Lynne will be discussing the farm-to-table structure with being a local restaurant owner – Table for 7. 
• Jamie Mokros will be exploring food chain issues, labor shortages, and how weather events have affected what we see in grocery stores, restaurants, and schools. 
• Dr. Klement will be reviewing -the basics of like 101 on acronyms, queer/transphobias effect, and additional LBGTQ+ topics with the second part of application activities for real-life experiences. 
• A panel of dietitians in private practice and how they became entrepreneurs within the field of dietetics. Our panelists will be Karyn Lutz, Kelly Jo Zellman, Jessica Carter, and Amanda Ryan.
