MAND Award Nominations

The Minnesota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics annually awards members for outstanding contributions to the organization and/or the profession. 

If you know of a person who deserves to be honored by the Association in any of these categories, please complete and submit a nomination form below.

Nominees will be sent the full application. The Awards Committee will examine the applications and make the final decision on the appropriate award category.

Letters of Recommendation (optional) are due by February 28th unless otherwise noted. Letters of Recommendation should be sent to mand@eatrightmn.org.
